Cash stolen during burglary in Aylesbury
On Saturday 25th February 2017, between around 6.00pm and 7.45pm, a house was burgled in Mandeville Road, Aylesbury.
The burglars gained entry to the house using a ladder and stole cash, watches and jewellery. Those who carried out the robbery were wearing hooded-tops and rucksacks.
After robbery the ladder was discarded in Sheffield Close and it is believed the burglars ran off towards Mandeville Road.
Investigating officer Det Con Gemma Howe, based at Local CID at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘We are conducting a full investigation into this incident and would like to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in this area at this time.
I am particularly interested in talking to anyone who may have seen the offenders discarding the ladder in Sheffield Close, or anyone who may have seen a dark-coloured Mini with a white roof and a silver Peugeot estate in this area at this time.
