Boy, 14, stabbed while walking in Totteridge
A 14 year old boy was stabbed while walking in a park at Totteridge on Saturday 22nd April 2017.
The incident took place on the Totteridge Recreation Ground, situated between Walton Drive and Totteridge Lane, between 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
The boy was walking in the park when he was approached by a group of about 20 Asian males. One of them demanded the boy’s phone after which he was surrounded by the group and assaulted.
During the assault the boy sustained stab wounds to his leg, chest and arm. He was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment but has since been discharged.
The main offender is described Asian and aged about 15. He is about 5ft 11ins tall and was wearing a face covering which covered the bottom half of his face.
Investigating officer PC Francesca Keen, based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any information relating to it, to please get in touch by calling the non-emergency number 101.‘
