| May 17, 2017

Denise Eyles, Tax Director at The Fish Partnership.

Leading local accountants The Fish Partnership are inviting landlords and property investors from across Buckinghamshire and beyond to join them at a property tax briefing.

The free event is due to be held at 4.30pm on Wednesday 21st June 2017 at Flackwell Health Golf Club in Treadaway Road, High Wycombe.

The briefing will focus on the impact that recent tax changes have had on the property investment sector and the strategies that can be employed by landlords and investors to minimise their tax liabilities.

Those in attendance will hear from The Fish Partnership’s talented tax team and learn more about the considerations of letting within a company and will receive an overview on the current property market.

Denise Eyles (pictured above), Tax Director at The Fish Partnership, said: ‘In recent years landlords and property investors have seen the returns on homes they own steadily decline, as the Government whittles away the reliefs available, but this doesn’t mean that savings still can’t be made with careful planning.

We hope that those who attend our latest property tax briefing will gain a greater insight into the changes and their implications, allowing them to better plan their property investments.

Following the presentation guest will be invited to stay and share refreshments and enjoy a buffet with The Fish Partnership’s Directors and tax team.
