Police arrest three men after liquid was thrown at a woman in Frogmoor, High Wycombe

Frogmoor, High Wycombe.
Three men have been arrested by Thames Valley Police after a liquid was thrown at a woman in Frogmoor on Saturday 3rd June 2017.
At about 4.50pm on Saturday 3rd June 2017, a unknown liquid was thrown at a 47 year old woman while she sat on a bench in Frogmoor. The woman sustained serious injuries as a result of the incident and was taken to hospital for treatment. She has since been discharged.Two men, aged 20 and 24, from High Wycombe were arrested on Sunday 4th June 2016 on suspicion of Section 18 – GBH with intent.
A further man from High Wycombe, aged 19, was arrested on Monday 5th June 2017 on suspicion of GBH with intent.
Enquiries by Thames Valley Police are ongoing in relation to the nature of the liquid involved in the incident however tests now indicate it is an alkaline substance.
The 20 year old man was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug of class A (heroin) and possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis/cannabis resin).
Police have released the two men aged 20 and 24 under investigation however the 19 year old man remains in police custody.
