Robbers steal shopping bags from man walking along West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe

A 57 year old man was robbed while walking along West Wycombe Road in High Wycombe.

The robbery took place at about 10.10am on Wednesday 8th August 2017 near the BP petrol station in West Wycombe Road.

The 57 year old victim was walking along the road towards the petrol station when he was approached by two men. The men pushed him to the ground and stole two shopping bags from him. The victim was not injured in the incident.

Both of the robbers were aged in their 40’s, one is described as a white man while the other was an Asian man with dreadlocks.

Investigating officer PC Mark Palethorpe, based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any information relating to it.
