2017 English National Badminton Championships at Wycombe Leisure Centre from 1-3 Sep 2017

The 2017 English National Badminton Championships are to take place at Wycombe Leisure Centre.

The Championships will be held from Friday 1st September 2017 to Sunday 3rd September 2017. Ticket prices start at £5  for children and £10 for adults with member discounts available.

During the competition 150 of the nation’s best badminton players will be competing to become the English National Champion, the Nationals are the pinnacle event in English badminton.

Toby Penty, the highest-ranked player after the seedings were announced, will attempt to win his maiden man’s singles English National Badminton title.

Fontaine Chapman and Chloe Birch are set to renew their rivalry in the women’s singles which is certain to lead to an exciting competition.

The Wycombe Leisure Centre, which was opened in 2016, will be the 19th venue to host the English National Badminton Championships which first started in 1964. The badminton hall at Wycombe Leisure Centre is furnished with bench seating for up to 350 spectators.
