Boy charged with GBH with intent and possession of an offensive weapon following incident at Marlow
A 16 year old boy has charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon following an incident in Marlow.
The charges relate to an incident that occurred at about 5.00pm on Saturday 10th June 2017 when another 16 year old boy was assaulted in the Globeside Business Park, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow. During the assault the 16 year old victim was hit with a claw hammer.
On Monday 11th September 2017 the 16 year old boy from Birmingham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm with intent and one count of possession of an offensive weapon.
On Tuesday 12th September 2017 the 16 year old boy who was charged appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court and was remanded to appear at High Wycombe Youth Court Friday 15th September 2017.
