Five seriously injured as articulated lorry collides with car on the A40 at Denham
Five people were seriously injured when an articulated lorry collided with a car on the A40.
The collision took place at 2.47am on Friday 27th October 2017. A white Mercedes articulated lorry collided with a white Ford Fiesta on the A40 Oxford Road at the junction with the A412 Denham Avenue in Denham, Buckinghamshire.
The five occupants of the Fiesta sustained serious injuries and were taken to hospital where they remain at this time (6.00pm on Thursday 2nd November 2017).
Investigating officer PC Mark Neill of the Joint Unit for Roads Policing, based at Taplow police station, said: ‘This collision has resulted in five people sustaining serious injuries and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
