Police charge man who tried to take smoke grenade into Adams Park, High Wycombe
Police have charged a man with offences under Sporting Events Act 1985 following an incident at Adams Park, High Wycombe.
The charge is in connection with an incident which occurred in Adams Park, High Wycombe on Saturday 18th November 2017 in which a smoke grenade was found during a stop and search of a man.
The 20 year old man of Lawson Way, Aylesbury has been charged with one count of possession of a firework (smoke grenade) when entering a sporting event and one count of being drunk while trying to enter a sports ground on Saturday 18th November 2017.
The man has been bailed to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Monday 4th December 2017.
