Yeovil Town 0-1 Wycombe Wanderers
Wycombe Wanderers travelled to Yeovil for a League Two match on Saturday 14th April 2018.
The first half of the game proved to be highly entertaining with both sides trying to press home an advantage. However despite their best efforts neither could make the breakthrough required to take control of the match.
The seventy ninth minute saw Wycombe take the lead with a goal from Randell Williams who shot from outside the box with the ball finding the bottom right corner of the Yeovil goal.
Wycombe nearly scored a second goal in the ninety second minute of the match but the attempt by Nathan Tyson was saved in the centre of the goal.
The match ended with a win for Wycombe by a solitary goal but that was enough to keep the Chairboys in the automatic promotion places of League Two.
During the game Wycombe managed 55% possession and placed two of their four shots on goal on target. Yeovil made two shots on goal but neither were on target. There were twenty eight fouls during the match, fourteen by each side.
Wycombe remain in third place in League Two with seventy seven points from forty two games.
The attendance at Huish Park was 3,307.
