Man injured in collision on M40

A man was injured when a car was involved in a collision on the M40 during the afternoon of Sunday 26th August 2018.

The collision, which involved one car, occurred on the Northbound carriageway between Junction 2 (Beaconsfield) and Junction 3 (Loudwater).

Firefighters were called to the scene of the collision at 2.32pm. One fire appliance with crew attended from High Wycombe fire station as well as one from Beaconsfield fire station and one from Gerrards Cross fire station. An officer also attended.

The firefighters made the scene safe before leaving.

Nobody was trapped as a result of the collision however a man was injured.
