2018 Bonfire Night event map launched by the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service
An interactive map showing all local Firework displays and Bonfires across Buckinghamshire has been published by Buckinghamshire County Council’s Family Information Service.
The map, which contains all Bonfire Night events that the Family Information Service has been told about, can be viewed on the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service website.
Accompanying the map is advice on how to stay safe on Bonfire Night and how to look after pets and other animals so that they can stay as settled as possible.
The Buckinghamshire Family Information Service website also contains a wealth of information for local families from things to do, to finding childcare and it also is a way to access free and impartial information covering a range of topics relating to family life.
Councillor Warren Whyte, Buckinghamshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Children’s Services said: ‘We want everyone to enjoy a great and safe Bonfire Night this weekend.
With many events taking place in the coming days the Family Information Service’s website is a perfect place to find your local display. We know Bonfire Night isn’t enjoyed by everyone so we have also got advice on how to keep pets and other wildlife safe too.
The Buckinghamshire Family Information Service website is a superb resource all year around and I urge all local families to take a look and find out more.‘
