Closure order issued on a property in Bevelwood Gardens, High Wycombe
A partial closure order has been issued on a property in Bevelwood Gardens, High Wycombe.
The order, which will last for three months, was granted by High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Friday 9th November 2018.
The closure order prohibits entry to all persons other than the occupant of the flat. Any other person found inside the address will be arrested and prosecuted.
Officers from Thames Valley Police applied for the order against the house on Bevelwood Gardens following a number of reports of anti-social behaviour.
However the closure order is not in relation to a recent assault that occurred in the vicinity on Wednesday 31st October 2018.
Neighbourhood and Stronghold officers also conducted a Misuse of Drugs search warrant at the address as part of our ongoing Stronghold campaign aimed at working in partnership to tackle serious and organised crime.
On Friday 9th November 2018, two 19 year old men and a 56 year old man from High Wycombe were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. All three men have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
