Police charge two men with kidnap following incident in Princes Risborough

Police have charged two men following an incident in which a woman was assaulted in Princes Risborough.

On Tuesday 1st January 2019, a woman in her late teens was assaulted in Carlton Court, Princes Risborough. On Thursday 24th January 2019, a 25 year old man of Colborne Road, High Wycombe and a 24 year old man of Colborne Road, High Wycombe were arrested by police in connection with the incident.

On Saturday 26th January 2019 both men were charged with one count of kidnap of a person with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence contrary to section 62 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

The pair appeared at Wycombe Magistrates Court on Saturday 26th January 2019 and have been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tuesday 26th February 2019.
