Boy charged by police in connection with stabbing in Desborough Road, High Wycombe

A boy has been charged by Thames Valley Police in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred in Desborough Road, High Wycombe on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.

The 16 year old boy, from High Wycombe, was charged on Sunday 7th April 2019 with :

• Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
• Grievous bodily harm.
• Common assault of an emergency worker.
• Possession of a class B drug.

The boy was remanded in custody to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Monday 8th April 2019.

The charges are in connection with an incident that occurred at around 12.20pm in Desborough Road, High Wycombe when a 21 year old man was stabbed.

A 54 year old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.
