Boy, 9, and man injured in fail to stop collision in Mill End Road, High Wycombe

A nine year old boy and a man were injured in a fail to stop collision in Mill End Road, High Wycombe on Thursday 11th April 2019.

The collision occurred at around 10.00pm. A red Toyota Prius was travelling along Mill End Road when it was involved in a collision with two pedestrians.

The two pedestrians, a 30 year old man and a 9 year old boy, were injured in the collision and taken to hospital where they remain.

The vehicle involved in the collision did not stop at the scene and officers from Thames Valley Police are conduction enquiries to establish who was driving the vehicle.

Investigating officer, PC Tom Smith, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, based at Amersham, said: ‘I would like to appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident to please come forward.

I would also urge anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident to check any dash-cam footage.
