A 7 year old girl was left with serious injuries following a road traffic collision in Chesham on Tuesday 28th May 2019.
The collision occurred at around 12.20pm on Brockhurst Road, Chesham near to the A416 Nashleigh Hill.
A silver Volkswagen Golf was involved in the collision in which a 7 year old girl sustained serious leg injuries. The girl was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital via air ambulance.
Officers from Thames Valley Police attended the scene and road closures were in place.
Investigating officer PC Tom Smith of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, based at Amersham, said: ‘We are investigating this incident in which a girl has been injured, she has been admitted to hospital with serious injuries.
We are investigating the circumstances of this incident and have made an arrest.
We are appealing for the public’s help in our investigation and would ask anyone with witness information or dash-cam footage of this incident to please come forward.‘

Police have arrested a 17 year old boy in connection with the incident.
