Bristol Rovers 0-0 Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers travelled to the Memorial Stadium in Bristol for a League One match with Bristol Rovers on Saturday 10th August 2019.

Both sides had chances in the first half, however the shots were either too high, not on target or were easily saved.

Towards the end of the half Bristol Rovers had two of their best chances to score. In the fortieth minute a shot from Victor Adeboyejo hit the left goal post and in the first minute of injury time an attempt by Liam Sercombe was saved as it headed towards the top left corner of the Wycombe net.

Wycombe had several chances to score in the second half. Shots on the Bristol goal from Paul Smyth, Fred Onyedinma and Jack Grimmer were either saved or blocked.

The game was arguably not the most exciting in terms of scoring opportunities and duly ended as a goalless draw.

Following today match Wycombe remain in fourth place in League One with four points from two games.

The attendance at the Memorial Stadium was 7,668.
