Bike taken from a 15 year old boy during robbery in High Wycombe

A bike was taken from a 15 year old boy during a robbery in High Wycombe on Thursday 5th September 2019.

A 15 year old boy was riding his bike on Gordon Road, towards the roundabout on London Road. At around 6.15pm the 15 year old boy was approached by an unknown boy who then stood in front of his bike and held the handle bars before threatening the victim by implying he had a knife.

The unknown boy then took the bike belonging to the 15 year old boy and cycled off in the direction of Princes Gate.

The robber is described as a black boy, around 5ft 10ins tall, approximately 15 to 16 years old with an afro and shaven sides. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black zipped up puffer jacket.

Investigating officer PC Paulina Wodzynska based at High Wycombe police station said: ‘I am appealing for witnesses to this incident, which was a frightening experience for the victim.

I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at this time, and thinks they may have information, to come forward and speak to police.
