Boy stabbed in the head during GBH incident in Chesham

A 17 year old boy was injured during an incident of GBH in Chesham on Wednesday 18th September 2019.

Sometime between 7.30pm and 8.00pm a 17 year old boy was in a Peri Peri Chicken shop in Market Square, Chesham when he was assaulted by a group of offenders.

The 17 year old buy sustained a stab injury to his head and was taken to hospital for treatment, he has since been discharged.

Investigating officer, Detective Inspector James Mather, of Aylesbury police station, said: ‘I am appealing for witnesses to this incident during which a 17-year-old boy received a stab wound requiring hospital treatment.

It happened in a public area where I believe there is a realistic chance that it was witnessed by some people.

Police have arrested two 17 year old boys and an 18 year man, all from Chesham, on suspicion of Section 18 GBH with intent. All three have been released on police bail until Wednesday 16th October 2019.
