Girl, 2, injured during assault at Wendover Woods
A two year old girl was injured during an assault at Wendover Woods on Saturday 9th November 2019.
At around 11.55am a two year old girl was outside a café at Wendover Woods when she was hit by a man causing her to fall forward and hit the ground face first. The girl sustained bruising to her forehead however she but did not require hospital treatment.
The man who carried out the assault is described as a young male, either a young adult or teenager of stocky build.
Investigating officer, PC Hannah Phillips based at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘We are appealing for witnesses to this incident.
It happened in a relatively busy area during the day and we believe this could have been seen by a number of people.
