Thames Valley based law firm announces strategic changes to drive continued growth
A leading law firm based in the Thames Valley has announced a number of strategic changes to drive continued growth.
Over the last five years, Blaser Mills Law one of the principal full-service legal firms in the South East, has successfully grown by over 50%. To maintain its rapid development, the firm has announced an intention of focusing on the growth of its commercial teams, whilst combining the Rickmansworth and Amersham offices to create a regional hub for their private clients.
In December 2019 the Rickmansworth office will close and the team members will be relocating to the Amersham office, just a few miles away.
Blaser Mills Law has also expanded its commercial teams. In particular the corporate and commercial team, which specialises in supporting blue-chip organisations, growing SMEs and entrepreneurs, has increased by 400% over the last two years alone. To drive sustained growth, the firm has recently appointed experienced commercial litigation lawyer, Olu Ajasa, to the London City office.
Jonathan Lilley, Partner and Executive Chairman at Blaser Mills Law, explained: ‘At Blaser Mills Law our top priority is to deliver excellent legal advice alongside exceptional service delivery. By integrating our Amersham and Rickmansworth offices we will be able to provide greater support for our regional clients, using the combined skill, experience and knowledge of our industry-leading lawyers.
This is a change we feel will be of benefit to our clients currently serviced from Rickmansworth and we look forward to welcoming them to our Amersham office over the coming months.
The expansion of our commercial teams forms a key part of our growth strategy for the next three years. 2020 is set to be an incredibly exciting year for Blaser Mills Law, with a number of additional announcements to be released over the next few months, so watch this space.‘
