Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 25th November 2019

Week commencing Monday 25th November 2019 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme and, as some activities are weather dependent, dates may change at short notice.

Carriageway surfacing

Main Street, Charndon – School Hill to just beyond speed limit zone at southern end of village : Monday 25th November 2019 to Friday 29th November 2019 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Pinewood Road, Iver – Five Points Roundabout to Pinewood Studios Roundabout : Monday 25th November 2019 to Tuesday 26th November 2019 – Preparatory patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Biddlesden Road, Westbury – SugaRich to Biddlesden Road : Monday 25 November 2019 to Wednesday 27th November 2019 – Preparatory patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Ickford Road, Shabbington – Sheldon Road, Ickford to Crendon Road, Shabbington : Wednesday 27th November 2019 to Monday 9th December 2019 – Preparatory patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Woodway, Princes Risborough – A4010 to Wardrobes Lane : Thursday 28th November 2019 to Friday 6th December 2019 – Preparatory patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Footway repairs

Wendover Road, Wendover – Worlds End Lane to No. 334 : Monday 25th November 2019 to Friday 20th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing using localised traffic management and 2 way traffic lights in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Somerset Way, Iver – Thorney Lane South to Wellesley Avenue : Monday 25th November 2019 to Wednesday 18th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing and kerbing works using localised traffic management in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Chapmans Crescent, Chesham – Penn Avenue to Darvell Drive : Monday 25th November 2019 to Friday 20th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing and kerbing works using a road closure in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Drainage works

A404 Amersham Road, Hazlemere – Junction with Park Lane to Eastern Dene junction : Monday 25th November 2019 to Monday 2 December 2019 – Drainage improvement work using multi way signals in operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Hog Lane, Ashley Green – Near to Johns Lane : Monday 25th November 2019 to Wednesday 4th December 2019 – Drainage improvement work using 2-way traffic signals and priority signage in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Bridge maintenance

Alder Road, Denham – End of cul de sac : Monday 25th November 2019 to Friday 6th December 2019 – River scour prevention using localised pedestrian management in operation between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
