Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 2nd December 2019

Week commencing Monday 2nd December 2019 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme and, as some activities are weather dependent, dates may change at short notice.

Carriageway surfacing

Addison Road, Chesham – Whole length of road : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Friday 6th December 2019 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Ickford Road, Shabbington – Sheldon Road, Ickford to Crendon Road, Shabbington : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Monday 9th December 2019 – Patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Woodway, Princes Risborough – A4010 to Wardrobes Lane : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Friday 6th December 2019 – Patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Chessbury Estate Roads, Chesham – Whole lengths of roads : Wednesday 4th December 2019 to Friday 20th December 2019 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Footway repairs

Wendover Road, Wendover – Worlds End Lane to No. 334 : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Friday 20th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing using localised traffic management and 2 way traffic lights in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Somerset Way, Iver – Thorney Lane South to Wellesley Avenue : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Wednesday 18th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing and kerbing works using localised traffic management in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Chapmans Crescent, Chesham – Penn Avenue to Darvell Drive : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Friday 20th December 2019 – Footway resurfacing and kerbing works using a road closure in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Drainage work

A404 Amersham Road, Hazlemere – Junction with Park Lane to Eastern Dene junction : Monday 2nd December 2019 – Drainage improvement work using multi way signals in operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Hog Lane, Ashley Green – Near to Johns Lane : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Wednesday 4th December 2019 – Drainage improvement work using 2 way traffic signals and priority signage in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Safety barrier repairs

Cotswold Way and Cheviot Close, High Wycombe – Middlebrook Road to Cheviot Close : Monday 2nd December 2019 to Friday 13th December 2019 – Safety Barrier Upgrade using 2 way traffic lights on Cotswold Way and Give and Take on Cheviot Close in operation between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
