Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 6th January 2020

Week commencing Monday 6th January 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme and, as some activities are weather dependent, dates may change at short notice.

Carriageway surfacing – Plane and Patch programme

Buckland Road, Buckland – Whole length of road : Monday 6th January 2020 to Friday 10th January 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure and temporary traffic lights in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Cokes Lane, Little Chalfont – A413 London Road to Nightingales Lane : Monday 6th January 2020 to Friday 17th January 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Grove Lane, Whelpley Hill – Whole length of road : Monday 6th January 2020 to Thursday 9th January 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Ridgeside, Bledlow Ridge – Whole length of road : Friday 10th January 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Footway repairs

Somerset Way, Iver – Thorney Lane South to Wellesley Avenue : Monday 6th January 2020 to Tuesday 7th January 2020 – Footway resurfacing and kerbing works using localised traffic management in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Wendover Road, Wendover – Worlds End Lane to No. 334 : Monday 6th January 2020 to Friday 10th January 2020 – Footway resurfacing using localised traffic management and 2 way traffic lights in operation between 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Drainage work

Stone Road, Edgcott – Buckingham Road junction : Wednesday 8th January 2020 to Monday 20th January 2020 – Drainage improvement work using 3 way traffic signals in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Marsh Gibbon Road, Edgcott – Stone Road junction : Wednesday 8th January 2020 to Monday 20th January 2020 – Drainage improvement work using 3 way traffic signals in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

North Park, Gerrards Cross – Outside No. 9 : Wednesday 8th January 2020 to Monday 13th January 2020 – Drainage improvement work using local traffic management in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Traffic signal refurbishment

Station Road, Beaconsfield – Outside Boots to Post Office Lane : Monday 6th January 2020 to Friday 24th January 2020 – Traffic signal refurbishment using 3 way temporary traffic lights between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
