Man punched in the head and threatened with a knife during a robbery in Aylesbury
A man was punched in the head and threatened with a knife during a robbery in Aylesbury on Friday 13th March 2020.
At around 5.30pm a man was unloading his car in Platform Street when a black Volkswagen Golf R car, with a registration of VK** FWU, containing three people pulled up nearby.
Two men got out of the black car and approached the man who had been unloading his car. The pair of men started shouting before punching the victim in the head and threatening him with a knife.
The two men took the victims car keys and stole his car, mobile phone, cash and a large amount of hairdressing products. The victim did not sustain any injuries and his car has since been recovered.
Thames Valley Police are looking for three men in connection with the incident :
- The first man is described as a slim black man aged between 25 to 30 years old. He is approximately 5ft 11ins tall and has a well groomed beard. He was wearing a baseball cap.
- The second man is described as a slim black man, approximately 5ft 9ins tall and around 20 years old. He was wearing a baseball cap and a scarf over his face.
- The third man who stayed in the black car is described as a mixed race man in his thirties. He had a chubby face, short shaved hair and a stubbly beard.
Investigating officer PC Thomas Booth, based at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘This incident understandably left the victim quite shaken and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information that could assist with this investigation to get in touch.
