Large quantity of household waste on fire in a field in Chesham

Firefighters were called after a large quantity of household waste was on fire in a field in Chesham on Wednesday 3rd June 2020.

At 11.24pm firefighters were called to the field in Grove Lane, Chesham. One fire appliance with crew attended from Amersham fire station as well as one from Berkhamsted fire station.

Three main jets were used by the firefighters during the operation to extinguish the fire.
