Wycombe Wanderers win promotion to the Championship

Wycombe Wanderers have won the League One play-off final which was held at Wembley on Monday 13th July 2020.

Wycombe triumphed over Oxford by two goals to one. An early goal by Anthony Stewart put the Chairboys in the lead however early in the second half Mark Sykes equalised for Oxford.

Near the end of the game Joe Jacobson scored a second goal for Wycombe from the penalty spot, propelling Wycombe Wanderers into the second tier of English football next season.
