Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 3rd August 2020

Week commencing Monday 3rd August 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Road surfacing

A404 Amersham Road, Penn – Earl Howe Road to Mop End Turn : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Tuesday 4th August 2020 – Surfacing using a night time road closure between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

High Street, Aylesbury – Vale Park Drive to Park Street : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Friday 7th August 2020 – Surfacing using a night time road closure between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Claydon Road, Quainton – Lee Road to gated road : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Tuesday 4th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Lane End Road, High Wycombe – A4010 to Horns Lane : Monday 3r August 2020 to Friday 7th August 2020 – Patching using a night time road closure between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Steeple Claydon to Calvert Road, Steeple Claydon : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Tuesday 4th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Mursley Road, Stewkley – Approx. 400m north west of Old Leighton Farm to Plough Cottage : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Monday 10th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

C3, north of Calvert – Calvert Crossroads to Holy Tree Farm : Tuesday 4th August 2020 to Thursday 13th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Picasso Place, Aylesbury – Various locations along length of road : Wednesday 5th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Brompton Crescent, Aylesbury – Various locations along length of road : Thursday 6th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Ripon Street / Granville Street, Aylesbury – Whitehill to Granville Street : Friday 7th August 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Footway repairs

Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield – A355 to Garvin Avenue : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Friday 21st August 2020 – Improvements using a road closure between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

General road maintenance

Continuation of lining works and road sweeping at various locations county wide.

Drainage programme

Brimmers Road, Princes Risborough – Outside Brimmers Farm : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Friday 14th August 2020 – Improvements using a road closure between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

A355 Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Royal – Farnham Park Lane to Kingsway : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Friday 14th August 2020 – Improvements using temporary traffic lights between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Bridge Improvements

Ivy Lane, Great Brickhill – Bridge next to the Three Locks Golf Club to Heath Road : Monday 3rd August 2020 to Friday 4th September 2020 – Emergency bridge repairs using a road closure 24/7.
