Boy hit in the face with a chain and stabbed during assault in Bridge Street, High Wycombe

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Bridge Street, High Wycombe.

On Tuesday 20th October 2020, at around 3.30pm, two teenage boys were walking together along Bridge Street when they were approached by four men.

An altercation took place between the two boys and the four men, following which one of the boys was hit in the face with a chain and stabbed in his left buttock. The boy sustained lacerations and was treated by paramedics near the scene.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Amy Hennah, based at High Wycombe police station said: ‘This was an isolated incident that took place during the day on a busy street and may have been witnessed by others.
