The King’s Church in High Wycombe are to hold an online carol event on Sunday 20th December 2020.

The King’s Church are bringing their celebrations online this Christmas, having successfully streamed Sunday services each week since March 2020.

There will be modern takes on Christmas songs, as well as traditional carols, spoken word, performances, prayers and children’s songs providing something for the whole family.

Even with the current restrictions, it will be good to be able to sing and celebrate at home. You just need to provide your own mince pies!

John Harbour, Senior Pastor at King’s Church in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, said: ‘We are delighted to be able to share our carol service with the community in our town, and even around the world this year. It will be a moment of joy to focus on the message of Christmas and celebrate together.

Love is a language we all speak, and we believe that God sending His son Jesus was the greatest expression of love ever. Please do join us to share in this Good News!

The ‘Love Came Down’ event premiers on YouTube at 10.30am and again at 6.30pm on Sunday 20th December 2020. Everyone is welcome, simply visit the King’s Church website at kchw.co.uk/Christmas on the day and get into the Christmas spirit.
