Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 11th October 2021

Week commencing Monday 11th October 2021 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Conventional Surfacing Programme

A41 / College Road North, Aston Clinton – A41 Aston Clinton Bypass and slip roads : Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Monday 11th October 2021 – Eurovia surfacing works using a night time road closure in operation between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Walton Road, Aylesbury – A41 Tring Road to A413 Wendover Road Gyratory : Tuesday 12th October 2021 to Thursday 14th October 2021 – Eurovia surfacing works using a night time road closure in operation between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross – Station Road to Marsham Way : Friday 15th October 2021 – Eurovia surfacing works using a night time road closure in operation between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Plane and Patch Programme

Candlemas Mead, Beaconsfield : Wednesday 6th October 2021 to Tuesday 12th October 2021 – Rejuvo Surfacing work using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

Wethered Drive and Chiltern Road, Burnham : Monday 11th October 2021 to Thursday 14th October 2021 – Rejuvo Surfacing work using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm and three way lights on the junction of Stomp Road in operation Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Weedon Road, Aylesbury : Monday 11th October 2021 to Friday 15th October 2021 – Irvine Grenson Surfacing works using a nigh time road closure between 8.00pm and 6.00am.

Brae Hill Close, Brill : Tuesday 12th October 2021 to Monday 18th October 2021 – Rejuvo Surfacing work using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Weedon Lane, Amersham : Thursday 14th October 2021 to Monday 18th October 2021 – Rejuvo Surfacing work using three way lights in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Withycroft, Wexham : Thursday 14th October 2021 to Friday 22nd October 2021 – Rejuvo Surfacing work using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Specialist Resurfacing

Waterside, Chesham : Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Tuesday 12th October 2021 – Miles Macadam specialist surfacing work using a road closure in operation between 7.00am and 5.00pm.

Earlswood Close, Aylesbury : Tuesday 12th October 2021 to Friday 15th October 2021 – Miles Macadam specialist surfacing work using a road closure in operation between 7.00am and 5.00pm.

Footway Improvement Works

Battingswood Gardens, Naphill : Monday 11th October 2021 to Wednesday 13th October 2021 – Footway Improvement works using two way lights in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Hulbert End, Aylesbury : Thursday 14th October 2021 to Tuesday 19th October 2021 – Footway Improvement works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Junction Improvement Works

A41 Bicester Road – Rabans Lane to Paradise Orchard including Jackson Road and Dickens Way, Aylesbury : Monday 20th September 2021 to June 2022 – Works to be undertaken Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm using lane closures on each approach to the Jackson Road / Dickens Way roundabout in operation 24 hours a day.

Safety Improvement Schemes

Chartridge Lane, Chesham : Monday 27th September 2021 to Tuesday 16th November 2021 – Signalised Puffin Crossing and Resurfacing works using 24 / 7 three way lights with working hours between 7.00am and 3.00pm and a road closure in November.

A4010, Stoke Mandeville to High Wycombe – Station Road, Stoke Mandeville to John Hall Way, High Wycombe : Monday 27th September to Friday 15th October 2021 – Replacement of defective road studs using localised traffic management in operation between 9.30am and 3.00pm and night works between 7.00pm and 5.00am.

A41 Aston Clinton Bypass : Thursday 14th October 2021 to Friday 15th October 2021 – Safety barrier repairs using a lane closure in operation Monday to Friday in operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Drainage Schemes

A40 Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross – Access to landfill site to Mumfords Lane : Monday 4th October 2021 to Monday 1st November – Drainage improvement works using three way temporary traffic lights in operation between 7.00am – 7.00pm.

Bridge Refurbishment Schemes

High Street, Marlow – Marlow Bridge : Monday 4th October 2021 2021 to Friday 4th February 2022 – Major bridge refurbishment using a footway closure when appropriate in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
