Man seriously injured during an aggravated burglary and assault in High Wycombe

An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following an aggravated burglary and assault in High Wycombe.

On Wednesday 4th May 2022,  sometime between 10.45pm and 11.00pm, five men wearing black balaclavas and armed with weapons entered a property in Booker Lane and attacked a man in his late teens who was inside the property. The teenager suffered serious injuries during the assault.

Nothing was stolen during the incident.

Detective Constable Richard Tulloch, of High Wycombe CID, said: ‘I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.

If you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
