Bus stop suspensions and service diversions in Buckinghamshire for the week ahead – Monday 6th June 2022

Week commencing Monday 6th June 2022 the following bus stop suspensions and service diversions are expected to affect bus services in Buckinghamshire.

Bus Diversions

Pyebush Roundabout, Beaconsfield : Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th June 2022, 8.00pm to 6.00am. This roundabout will be closed on these nights. Evening bus route 102 journeys will divert and not serve the ‘Cricket Ground’ stops on London Road or the stops on Amersham Road.

Village Road, Ballinger : Saturday 11th June 2022. Due to Affinity Water works this road will be closed. Bus route 177 will divert via Potter Row and King’s Lane missing stops in Lee Common, Ballinger Road in Ballinger and South Heath.

High Street, High Wycombe : Sunday 12th June 2022. Due to an event buses will not serve the High Street stops on this day. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Castle Street or the Bus Station instead.

Bus Stop Closures

Stag Lane / Heath End Road, Great Kingshill : Monday 16th May 2022 to Tuesday 14th June 2022. Due to UKPN works the two stops on Stag Lane and the ‘Fernside’ stop on Heath End Road will not be served during this period. Passengers are advised to use the stops on The Common (except between Tuesday 31st May 2022 and Friday 3rd June 2022) or the stops further along Heath End Road instead.

Camborne Avenue, Aylesbury : Monday 23rd May 2022 to Tuesday 16th August 2022. Due to works on behalf of Thames Water the ‘Jansell Square’ stop for school time route 50 and 61A bus routes only will not be served during this period. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Langdon Avenue’ stop instead.

Thame Road, Chilton : Monday 23rd May 2022 to Tuesday 16th August 2022. Due to works on behalf of Thames Water the two stops on Thame Road will not be served during this period. Passengers are advised to wait where safe outside the works area and hail to the drivers to stop.

Moreton Road, Buckingham : Wednesday 25th May 2022 to Tuesday 7th June 2022. Due to works by Gigaclear the two ‘Highlands Road’ stops will not be served during this period. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Western Avenue’ stops instead.

Lower Icknield Way, Marsworth : Wednesday 1st to Thursday 16th June 2022. Due to works in the vicinity the two ‘Vicarage Road’ stops will not be served on these days. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Angler’s Retreat’ stops instead.

Buckingham Road, Padbury : Monday 6th June 2022. Due to Transport for Buckinghamshire works the two ‘Springfields’ stops will not be served on this day. Passengers are advised to use the ‘New Inn’ stops instead.

Henley Road, Hambleden : Monday 6th June 2022, 9.00am to 3.00pm. Due to works by Lanes Group the two ‘Mill End’ stops will not be served on these times.

George’s Hill, Widmer End : Monday 6th to Wednesday 15th June 2022. Due to works by CG Utilities the two ‘Honeysuckle Road’ stops will not be served on these days. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Primrose Hill instead.

Hughenden Road, High Wycombe : Tuesday 7th June 2022, 9.30am to 1.30pm. Due to Thames Water works the ‘Beaconsfield Arms PH’ stops will not be served at these times. Passengers are advised to either the stops on Hughenden Avenue for route 30 or the ‘Coates Lane’ stop for route 300.

Market Place, Chalfont St Peter : Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th June 2022. Due to works in the vicinity the two ‘Market Place’ stops will not be served on these days. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Lansdown Road’ stops located on Gold Hill North or Nicol Road instead.

Barnsbury Avenue, Aylesbury : Wednesday 8th to Saturday 18th June 2022. Due to Thames Water works the two ‘Barnsbury Avenue’ stops will not be served during this period. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Narbeth Drive instead.

White Lion Road, Little Chalfont : Wednesday 8th June 2022, 8.00am to 6.00pm. Due to Freeflow works the two ‘Cokes Lane’ stops will not be served at these times. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Railway Station’ stops located on Chalfont Station Road instead.

West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe : Thursday 9th to Wednesday 15th June 2022. Due to Thames Water works the ‘Railway Bridge’ stop for journeys towards West Wycombe will not be served on these days. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Park Farm Road’ stop instead.

Longbottom Lane, Seer Green : Thursday 9th to Monday 13th June 2022. Due to Affinity Water works the two ‘Railway Station’ stops will not be served on these days. The nearest alternative stops are the ‘Bottom Lane’ stops.
