Roadworks in Buckinghamshire for the week ahead – Monday 3rd October 2022

Week commencing Monday 3rd October 2022 roadworks are scheduled to take place at the following locations in Buckinghamshire.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Conventional Resurfacing Works

Oxford Road, High Wycombe – From Arch Way Roundabout to Bellfield Road : Monday 3rd October 2022 to Wednesday 12th October 2022 – Resurfacing works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00pm and 6.00am.

Microsurfacing Preparatory Works

Lansdowne Way, High Wycombe : Wednesday 28th September to Tuesday 4th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Captain Cook Close, Chalfont Giles : Monday 3rd October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 7.00pm.

Croft Road, Chalfont St Peter : Tuesday 4th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 7.00pm.

Southfield Road, High Wycombe – From Plomer Hill to The Pastures : Tuesday 4th October 2022 to Friday 7th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 7.00pm.

Footway Improvement Works

Ambleside, Aylesbury – Footpath in front of No.21 to No.27 : Monday 3rd October 2022 to Friday 7th October 2022 – Footway improvement works using a footway closure and give and take traffic management in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

Grove Road, Amersham : Monday 3rd October 2022 to Tuesday 4th October 2022 – Footway remedial works using a footway closure and give and take traffic management in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

Carriageway Remedial Works

Shotfield Road, High Wycombe : Wednesday 5th October 2022 to Thursday 6th October 2022 – Carriageway remedials using a 24-hour road closure in operation Monday to Friday.

Safety Barrier Works

A41 Aston Clinton Bypass, Aston Clinton – From Woodlands Roundabout to Tring Hill Slip Roads : Monday 26th September 2022 to Friday 21st October 2022 – Safety barrier terminal upgrade works using lane closures and slip road closures in operation Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Bridge Schemes

High Street, Marlow – Marlow Bridge : Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Friday 9th December 2022 – Major bridge refurbishment using a footway closure when appropriate in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Highway Infrastructure Projects (HIPs)

A41 Bicester Road – Rabans Lane to Paradise Orchard including Jackson Road and Dickens Way, Aylesbury : From Monday 12th September to 14th October 2022, work will start on realignment of ditch from Stonebridge to Paradise Orchard using with 24 / 7 inside narrow lane. On Tuesday 4th October 2022, Variable Message Signs (VMS) will be erected near the Pegasus crossing under two-way traffic lights for approximately two hours.
