Veterans at a care home in High Wycombe have sent good luck messages to His Majesty King Charles III, ahead of his coronation.
The good luck messages came from residents at Royal Star & Garter, who were filmed sending their good wishes to The King, ahead of the coronation on Saturday 6th May 2023.
Residents from each of the charity’s three Homes are featured in the recorded message.
In the video, Navy spouse Barbara says the monarch was born to be King and wishes him ‘a very successful reign‘, while Army wife Penny says she is looking forward to the coronation celebrations and wishes Charles III ‘the very best for the future‘. RAF veteran Derek says: ‘Best of luck – we’re behind you!‘.
