Fire in roof caused by lightning

A 3.06am on Saturday 14th June 2014 Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue were alerted to a small fire in the roof space of a property in Spinfield Mount, Marlow.

The fire is though to have been caused by a lightning strike.

One fire appliance from Marlow fire station and another from High Wycombe attended the incident however the fire had been extinguished before the firefighters arrived.
