51 year old man from Princes Risborough given ASBO

On Wednesday Wednesday 15th October 2014 a 51 year old man from Princes Risborough was been given an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) for two years by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.

The two year ASBO, which expires on 14th October 2016, prevents the man from Brooke Road, Princes Risborough from deliberately laying on the ground or pretending to have an injury as a way of attracting attention, being intoxicated whilst in a public place, and calling on the emergency services or initial response unless in times of genuine emergency.

The court concluded that an ASBO was necessary to protect persons in England and Wales from further anti-social acts by him.
