Pedestrian seriously injured after being struck by 7.5 tonne lorry – A413, Great Missenden

A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a 7.5 tonne lorry on the A413 at Great Missenden on the morning of Sunday 14th December 2014.

The incident occurred at approximately 7.15am on the A413 Aylesbury Road.

The pedestrian, a 49 year old man suffered serious injuries and was subsequently treated for his injuries at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. The driver of the lorry was uninjured.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone with information about the collision or anyone who was on the road at around the time the incident occurred and may have seen something relevant to please contact PC Tom Smith via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 quoting URN 371 14/12.
