Ocean Colour Scene joins 2016 PennFest line-up

Britpop band Ocean Colour Scene are to appear at the 2016 Penn Festival.

The festival will take place at The Big Park in Penn Street on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd July 2016.

Artists and groups already appearing at the music festival include Chas ‘n’ Dave, Ms Dynamite, Dizee Rascal, Fun Lovin’ Criminals and Rizzle Kicks.
