Man, 19, found stabbed in Chesham
A 19 year old man was found stabbed in Chesham at about 1.30am on Saturday 24th October 2016.
A police officer found the victim in Red Lion Street with a stab wound to his abdomen, the victim was admitted to hospital.
A 22 year old man from Chesham has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
Investigating officer, Det Sgt Tracey Benham of Force CID, said: ‘We are trying to establish how the victim came to be stabbed and by whom but we need the help of the public.
This is a serious offence and we know there will be people out there who have information about what happened. I am appealing directly to you to search your conscious and come forward to the police. The easiest way to do this is either by visiting your nearest police station or by calling us on 101.
I would like to reassure local residents that we believe this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to wider members of the public.
