Man arrested on suspicion of robbery following incidents at Lloyds Bank in Chesham
A man has been arrested by Thames Valley Police in connection with two robberies at Lloyds bank in the High Street, Chesham.
The 31 year old man from Chesham was arrested on Wednesday 26th October 2016 on suspicion of robbery and is currently in police custody.
The first robbery occurred at about 3.20pm on Wednesday 19th October 2016. A man entered the bank and threatened staff before leaving in the direction of The Broadway.
On Monday 24th October 2016, at about 2.25pm, a man entered the bank and asked staff for access to the cash drawer while making threats.
During both incidents a quantity of cash was stolen.
Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone with any information about the robbery to contact the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
