Man seen touching himself inappropriately at the Rye, High Wycombe

Police have charged a man with outraging public decency following an incident that occurred on the Rye, High Wycombe.

On Saturday 5th August 2017 a man was seen to be touching himself inappropriately at the Rye, High Wycombe.

A 62 year old man of Cromwell Road, High Wycombe was arrested in connection with the incident on Saturday 5th August 2017, charged on Sunday 6th August 2017 and was due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrate’s Court on Monday 7th August 2017.
