Woman injured during incident of violent disorder in Aylesbury
A 19 year old woman suffered two fractured wrists, bruising to her face and body and a head and chest injury during an incident of violent disorder in Aylesbury during the early hours of Saturday 17th November 2018.
At around 3.15am, officers from Thames Valley Police were called to Buckingham Street at the corner of Kingsbury Square in Aylesbury following reports that a female had been assaulted near to the Pizza Express.
The woman has sustained two fractured wrists, bruising to her face and body and a head and chest injury. She was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment and discharged herself later.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Lucie Roberts of Force CID at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘I am appealing to anyone who believes that they witnessed this disorder to contact police.
This is an incident which appears to have involved a number of people fighting, resulting in injuries to a 19 year old woman.
Although it happened in the early hours of the morning, I believe there will have been a lot of people in the area who would have witnessed this.‘

Police arrested a 19 year old man from Aylesbury and an 18 year old man from Aylesbury on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm in connection with the incident. They have both been released on police bail until Friday 14th December 2018.
