Police appeal for witnesses following GBH incident in High Wycombe

An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following a grievous bodily harm incident in High Wycombe.

The incident is believed to happened in the vicinity of Rutland Avenue before 4.15pm on Friday 13th May 2022. During the incident a man in his twenties sustained serious injuries that were thought to have been caused by a knife. The man required hospital treatment for his injuries.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Amy Hennah, based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has information about what happened to please come forward.

Also, we’d ask anyone in the local area who may have dash-cams or CCTV to check the footage in case it has captured something that could assist with the investigation.
