Roadworks in Buckinghamshire for the week ahead – Monday 10th October 2022

Week commencing Monday 10th October 2022 roadworks are scheduled to take place at the following locations in Buckinghamshire.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Oxford Road, High Wycombe – From Arch Way Roundabout to Bellfield Road : Monday 3rd October 2022 to Wednesday 12th October 2022 – Resurfacing works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00pm and 6.00am.

College Road North, Aston Clinton – From Samian Way to BG Care and Support Services : Thursday 13th October 2022 – Resurfacing works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00pm and 6.00am.

Microsurfacing Preparatory Works

Abbots Way, High Wycombe (The Homestead Estate) : Monday 10th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Station Road, Bourne End – From The Parade to Hedsor Road : Monday 10th October 2022 to Wednesday 12th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 9.15pm to 5.30am.

Tedder Road, Wendover : Thursday 13 October 2022 to Friday 14th October 2022 – Microsurfacing preparatory patching works using a road closure in operation Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Footway Improvement Works

Brimmers Way, Aylesbury – From the children’s playground to Pine Street : Monday 10th October 2022 to Tuesday 18th October 2022 – Footway improvement works using a footway closure and give and take traffic management in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

Safety Barrier Works

A41 Aston Clinton Bypass, Aston Clinton – From Woodlands Roundabout to Tring Hill Slip Roads : Monday 26th September to Friday 21st October 2022 – Safety barrier terminal upgrade works using lane closures and slip road closures in operation Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Community Board Works

Leas Close, High Wycombe – At the Leas Close junction with Hollis Road : Monday 10th October 2022 to Wednesday 12th October 2022 – Installation of bollards in the footway with some carriageway incursion using give and take traffic management in operation Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 3.00pm.

Chippendale Close, High Wycombe – Chippendale Close junction with Walton Drive : Thursday 13th October 2022 to Monday 17th October 2022 – Installation of bollards in the footway using three-way temporary traffic lights in operation Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Bradenham Road, West Wycombe : Monday 10th October 2022 to Friday 14th October 2022 – Vegetation clearance works using two-way lights in operation Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Bradenham Road, West Wycombe : Friday 14th October 2022 to Saturday 15th October 2022 – Lining and high friction surfacing works using two-way lights in operation Monday to Friday between 9.00pm to 6.00am.

Department for Transport Fund Works

Aylesbury Gyratory Refurbishment – From Walton Road to Stoke Road : Monday 10th October 2022 to Friday 25th November 2022 – Various civils works, new traffic signals, lining, surfacing, and electrical works using lane closures and multi-way lights in operation Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 3.30pm during School term time and 8.00am and 5.00pm from Monday 24 October 2022 to Friday 28 October 2022.

Claremont Gardens, Marlow : Monday 10th October 2022 to Tuesday 11th October 2022 – Upgrading the pole mounted street lamps to energy efficient led versions using give and take traffic management in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

High Street, Marlow – Marlow Bridge : Tuesday 5th October 2022 2021 to Friday 9th December 2022 – Major bridge refurbishment using a footway closure when appropriate in operation Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Highway Infrastructure Projects (HIPs)

A41 Bicester Road – Rabans Lane to Paradise Orchard including Jackson Road and Dickens Way, Aylesbury : From Monday 12th September to 14th October 2022, work will start on realignment of ditch from Stonebridge to Paradise Orchard using with 24 / 7 inside narrow lane. On Monday 10 October 2022 there will be night road closure from Paradise Orchard traffic signals to Rabans Lane roundabout including both side roads at Jackson Road and Dickens Way (8.10pm to 5.45am) to finish road markings along the A41 and install and remove street light columns at Jackson Road / A41 junction.
