Witness appeal launched after assault on teenage girl in High Wycombe

A witness appeal has been launched by Thames Valley Police after a teenage girl was assaulted in High Wycombe.

On Saturday 6th February 2016, at approximately 8.00pm, the teenage victim was walking along Mendy Street, High Wycombe when she was approached by three teenage girls who dragged the female to the floor and kicked her.

The victim sustained bruising to her face and body and didn’t require hospital treatment.

Investigating officer PC Christopher Hobbs from High Wycombe station said: ‘I would like to ask anyone who saw or heard anything or has any information at all about this assault to please contact me via the non-emergency number 101.

Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of Actual Bodily Harm (ABH) in connection with the incident :

  • A 14 year old from High Wycombe has been arrested and released on police bail until Friday 11th March 2016.
  • A 15 year old from High Wycombe has been arrested and released on police bail until Friday 11th March 2016.
  • A 14 year old from High Wycombe has been arrested and released on police bail until Saturday 12th March 2016.
